Our history
After attending several formal events and seeing beautiful floral arrangements as centerpieces, I often wondered what happened to the flowers after the events. After asking several event planners this question, it became apparent that most often the arrangements were discarded. I then had the epiphany that the smiles and joy that were brought about by these arrangements could be extended to others by recycling the flowers. My project involves obtaining flowers that were used as decorations in joyous events, such as weddings and quinceaneras, and delivering them to gravesites or people suffering in hospitals. My goal for this project is to connect the community through their life experiences and bring joy to the people suffering.
